Papaya and soy milk, blended when you want it.
A blender drink can be convenient without becoming a collection of supplements. Ripe papaya gives this one its colour and texture.

Blend a small glass first
Use 120 g fresh ripe papaya, peeled and deseeded; 100 ml chilled unsweetened fortified soy milk; and a little lime juice.
Wash the whole papaya before cutting it. Blend the flesh with the soy milk until smooth. Taste, then add lime a few drops at a time. If it is too thick, add a splash of water rather than guessing a larger batch.
Prepare it close to drinking. If you use frozen fruit instead, follow its packet instructions, including cooking where required; frozen does not automatically mean ready to eat.
Keep other breakfast options
Contains soy. This proposed glass is not a complete breakfast for everyone, and it has no calculated protein total.
You could have a small amount with a meal, or simply choose whole papaya when that sounds better. The blender is a convenience, not an upgrade that every piece of fruit needs.
Development draft: not kitchen-tested. Quantities, texture and yield need checking.
Sources, evidence and limits
Evidence basis
Practical editorial opinion; no clinical effect is claimed or independently established.
Least certain: Taste, texture, yield and preparation time have not been tested.
Contrary evidence and limits: Ingredient facts do not establish this dish’s health effects or make it a complete meal for everyone.
What would change the conclusion: Kitchen testing, ingredient brands, allergies or individual dietary needs may require changes.
Claims not adopted: No inherited nutrient totals, medicinal benefits, source-author experiences or validated substitution claims.
