A warm filling
Try half a 400 g can of black beans, drained and rinsed; a handful of spinach; two small wheat wraps; one teaspoon of oil; and a little ground cumin.
Wash the spinach. Warm the oil in a pan, add the beans and cumin, and mash some of the beans. Add spinach and a splash of water, then cook until the leaves are soft and the filling is thoroughly hot, following the can’s directions.
Warm the wraps according to the packet. Spoon filling onto one half of each, leaving room at the edges. Fold over and return briefly to the warm pan to finish both sides. Cut in half to serve.
Begin with food you can safely use
The proposed batch uses canned beans. If you use leftovers, their storage history matters before you start cooking. Heating is not a way to undo unsafe storage.
Contains wheat. Adjust filling amounts after the first trial.
Development draft: not kitchen-tested. Quantities, texture and yield need checking.

[1] FoodSafety.gov — Cold storage chart
Full public chart read. USDA leftovers page returned 403 and is not counted as read.
Storage history matters; this chart is not validation of new recipe shelf life.
Least certain: Taste, texture, yield and preparation time have not been tested.
Contrary evidence and limits: Ingredient facts do not establish this dish’s health effects or make it a complete meal for everyone.
What would change the conclusion: Kitchen testing, ingredient brands, allergies or individual dietary needs may require changes.
Claims not adopted: No inherited nutrient totals, medicinal benefits, source-author experiences or validated substitution claims.
